Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the item’s receipt. After 7 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Customized items are non-refundable unless they have defects unrelated to the quality of customer-provided images.

- Downloadable software
Partial Refunds may apply for items returned in imperfect condition not due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank, then contact us at shop@graphikri.com if issues persist.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, email us at shop@graphikri.com.
Gifts
If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for returns. Otherwise, refunds are sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, contact shop@graphikri.com for instructions. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. For valuable items, consider using a trackable service.
